This ceiling-mounted 3-sided LED timer is built for gyms and training studios. Its sleek aluminum canopy and 2 ft suspension rod allow easy mounting over any workout area. Each of the three synchronized panels has large 3″ high digits in bright red/green dual-color, making countdowns easy to read from up to 25.5 m away. The timer comes pre-programmed with a default sequence (60 s green training countdown, 30 s red rest countdown), and these intervals can be fully customized via the included infrared remote control. With wide input power (110–250 VAC or 12 VDC) and rugged design, it operates reliably in –40 °C to +85 °C and up to 95% humidity.

 Highlights

Our 3-sided timer offers 360° visibility so everyone in the gym can see the clock. Its three bright LED displays keep time in sync, and the digits are large and clear even at long range. An infrared remote is included for easy start/stop/reset, and it works from any direction.   • Ceiling-suspended design– Includes a 2 ft metal rod and 7″ canopy for sturdy overhead mounting. The 3-panel bracket securely holds three timer units facing outwards.
  • Dual-color countdown– Green and red LEDs alternate for training/rest periods. (Default: 60 s green, then 30 s red; both times are user-adjustable via remote.)
  • Clear digital displays– Three synchronized 3″ digit panels show the same time. The bright LED digits are designed for maximum readability (similar timers boast displays visible 200+ ft away), and they remain sharp in gym lighting.
  • Remotecontrol included – Comes with an IR remote for changing modes, editing times, and pausing or resetting the timer. The remote’s range (over 50 m with unobstructed view) lets coaches and athletes operate the clock from anywhere on the floor.
  • Durablepower options – Runs on standard 110–250 VAC (adapter included) or +12 VDC. The timer’s electronics are housed in a rugged case that tolerates extreme gym environments (–40 °C to +85 °C, 5–95% RH).
