All Kingseng products are ETL Listed (Intertek), CE certified, RoHS compliant, and FCC compliant. Our Shenzhen factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Products meet UL 1598 and UL 8750 standards for North American safety compliance.

How long does shipping take from Kingseng?

Sample orders ship via express (FedEx/DHL/UPS) in 7-15 days. Bulk orders ship in 25-35 days via sea freight (18-25 days transit) or air freight (5-7 days transit). US West Coast sea freight: ~18 days. Europe sea freight: ~25 days.

Does Kingseng offer OEM/ODM custom lighting manufacturing?

Yes. Kingseng provides full OEM/ODM customization including custom finishes, dimensions, LED color temperature (2700K-6500K), packaging design, and private labeling. Minimum order: 200 units per custom design. Sample turnaround: 7-15 days.

What warranty does Kingseng provide?

All Kingseng LED lighting products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers LED driver failure, finish defects, and structural issues under normal residential and commercial use. Replacement parts or full unit replacement provided.

What payment methods does Kingseng accept?

Kingseng accepts T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, net-30 terms may be available upon credit review.
